Wejchert Architects are part of the consortium headed by BAM who was awarded the Courts Bundle PPP Project and are architects on Waterford and Wexford Courthouses. The projects commenced on site at the start of the year and will take approximately 2 years to complete.
The Wexford project involves the sensitive restoration of the existing former Tate School building and addition of a modern new extension to the rear. The finished development (c.4,400m²) will provide 4 new Courts, Public Concourses, Consultation Rooms, as well as Staff and Judical accommodation.
