A facility to accommodate the primary care services provided by the HSE for the local area. GP care OT and Physiotherapy care and base for community care. A 3 storey building on an extremely restricted urban site. Rooms are laid out around a central courtyard for light and views. The framed structure allows for future flexibility and services and the building are integrated to minimise energy use and provide comfortable conditions in a noisy city centre location.
INNOVATION
A translucent and highly insulated cladding provides a well lit bright quiet interior in a confined and noisy site.
